The first thing we suggest you do is access our support portal. We add new articles here each and every day, as a lot of people, as you can imagine, have similar questions. We have 100+ answers inside this already and is added to daily. These include Loom videos from Greg in some questions also.

Please note this is not live chat currently, and you'll be able to access all previous and active conversations even if you leave this page and come back. We aim to reply within 12 hours Mon-Fri, but sometimes even faster.
